Women's Basketball: Storm Fall in First Road Outing

DURANT, Okla. – Despite 22 points from Katie Webb, a rough-shooting second quarter left Southeastern in a whole they were unable to get out of on Friday in a 71-57 loss at Pittsburg State in Pittsburg, Kan.

The loss drops the Savage Storm to 1-1 on the season heading into a nine-day break around the Thanksgiving with the team returning to action on Nov. 25 at 2 p.m. in Bloomer Sullivan Arena against Texas A&M-Commerce.

Webb's 22 points led all scorers in the contest and marks her second 20-point scoring outing in as many games. She finished shooting 9-of-15 from the field with a pair of threes...
