Ben Orcutt, Alva police chief, presented the program at the Nov. 15 meeting of the Woods County Retired Educators Association held at the Alva Public Library Auditorium.

Chief Orcutt talked about the Kids & Cops Program sponsored by the Alva Police Department with the help of generous donations from local businesses and members of the community.
