Kiowa District Hospital Board President Pat Myers called the December meeting of the board to order with all members present including Chantae Simpson, Miranda Allen, Jeff Miller and Jim Parker. Also at the board table were Robert Whitaker, CEO, and John Fonang, manor administrator. Also attending the meeting were Janell Goodno, CFO, Manor Administrator; Robyn Whitaker, DON; Godwin Fey, founder of Cohesive Healthcare and other members of that management/consulting company; Judy Schrock, foundation president; and members of the public.
