A felony warrant has been issued for an Alva man on child abuse charges. Ronnie Raymond Ware, 29, of Alva, has been charged with two counts of child abuse by injury. These felony charges each carry a penalty of imprisonment for not more than life, or by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000, or both such fine and imprisonment. Ware allegedly caused injury to two minor children, boys ages 10 and 12.
