Fourth Quarter Proves Pivotal in Reddies' 79-70 Loss to UAM

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — Henderson State and Arkansas-Monticello were tied 55-55 heading into the fourth quarter on Saturday, but the Reddies were out-scored 24-15 in the final period and fell to the Blossoms 79-70.

HSU shot just 41.4 percent and committed 22 turnovers as the Reddies dropped their first Great American Conference game of the season. Blu Jones led Henderson with 18 points, while Pink Jones added 16 and Brittany Branum finished with 11.

The Reddies (7-2, 3-1) will try to get back on track on Tuesday, Dec. 18, when they travel to take on Southeastern Oklahoma State in Durant, Oklahoma...
