At the usual Woods County commissioners meeting Monday, the commissioners approved the minutes from regular meeting on Dec. 10. The commissioners will have a special meeting on Dec. 19 at 1 p.m.

The following road crossing permits were approved: Tall Oak Midcon, Select Energy, and Targa Pipeline Mid-Continent. Smiley, seconded by Hamil, motioned to approve each permit.

Next was the transfer of appropriations from highway fund District 3 M and O to District 3 Capital Outlay in the amount of $70,000. Smiley, seconded by Hamil, motioned to approve this transfer.
