A human’s life on earth is ruled by natural rhythms established in each individual’s cells. Many of us rebel against daylight savings time, cloudy days and schedule changes brought about by jobs or seasons. Just as there are billions of stars, the body has billions of clocks, according to Carrie Partch. “Someday we will fully understand that every form of life on this planet has a clock that links us to Earth and its terrestrial day.”
