9:55 a.m. Controlled burn south of Burlington.

10:36 a.m. Controlled burn on Cleveland Road and County Road 700.

11:30 a.m. Officer had a traffic stop at the Dollar General.

11:38 a.m. Civil papers served

1:14 p.m. Caller advised of cattle out on Lambert Road.

2:10 p.m. Caller spoke with deputy about her sister-in-law threatening to beat her up.

3:34 p.m. Caller advised they had several batteries stolen lately and recently he had one stolen out of a wheat truck. Message taken for deputy.

4:08 p.m. Alva police officer advised a caller came in wanting to make a report of getting his 4-year-old daughter back from her mother and the 4-year-old having bruises on her back side. The mother lives in Cherokee.

6:39 p.m. Report of a horse out at Third Street and Tennessee.

6:59 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on County Road 670 and U.S. Highway 64.

7:09 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 64.

7:19 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on County Road 560 and U.S. Highway 64.

7:43 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 64.

8:01 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 64.

8:43 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 64 and County Road 590.

9:02 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on County Road 590 and U.S. Highway 64.

11:08 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on County Road 700 and State Highway 11.

7:07 a.m. Medic needed for a male who was very confused and had been awake all night. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital.

8:54 a.m. Report of cattle out on County Road 700 and Ellis.

10:07 a.m. Caller wanted to speak to an officer about a suspicious person at her residence.

2:59 p.m. Report of a controlled burn on Osage Road and County Road 520.

3:53 p.m. Caller advised of three aggressive dogs that chased a child, who escaped by climbing into a dumpster.

4:27 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on State Highway 58.

4:34 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on State Highway 11.

8:03 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 64 and County Road 580.

8:25 p.m. Welfare check needed on a friend in Cherokee. Possible threatening of suicide. Officer advised everything was okay.

9:18 p.m. Deputy had traffic stop on U.S. Highway 64.

Thursday, December 20, 2018

10:38 a.m. Officer had a traffic stop on State Highway 11 and County Road 710.

12:53 p.m. Major County called about a person possibly having seizures northeast of the Aline Blacktop. Medic took the patient to Fairview Hospital.

1:01 p.m. Caller advised two of her children have run away. There were probably headed for Alva. Advised they got on their bikes and left. Deputy advised he had gone up and down the dirt roads and hadn't found them. Advised he was going to call Woods County and let them know the information.

4:45 p.m. Caller needed a welfare check on a lady she was cleaning house for. Officer en route. Officer advised everything was okay.

4:51 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on State Highway 58 and Coal Road.

5:08 p.m. Caller from earlier about the runaway kids advised one of her sons had called home and said he was near Cherokee and was going to stay with a friend. Advised deputy.

6:20 p.m. Grant County advised of a possible intoxicated driver entering Alfalfa County on State Highway 64. Officer advised they stopped the vehicle. They advised they were just tried. They are okay now and headed to Carmen.

6:43 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on State Highway 8 and Craig Road.

9:26 p.m. Medic needed for a male that fell in the bathroom and was unsure if he was hurt. Medic en route with patient to St. Mary's Hospital.

Friday, December 21, 2018

5:23 a.m. Medic needed for a female having trouble breathing. Medic with patient en route to Bass Hospital.

10:20 a.m. Officer had a traffic stop on Second Street and Kansas.

11:43 a.m. Caller stated it looked like the door next to ACE has been broken into and is standing open. No one else is around. Advised officer of the situation and he was en route. Officer advised everything was okay.

12:19 a.m. Caller advised of several young puppies in the street.
