All but one board member was present when president Pat Myers called the December meeting of the Kiowa District Hospital (KDH) Board to order. They were: Miranda Allen, Jim Parker and Jeff Miller. Chantae Simpson was absent. Also seated at the board table were Hospital Administrator and CEO Robert Whitaker and Manor Administrator John Fonang. CFO Janell Goodno also attended as did other hospital personnel Director of Nurses (DON) Robyn Whitaker; Tara Girty from the business office; and Cassie Dolan of Hutchinson who works in the finance department with Mike Hand, Cohesive Healthcare CFO.
