Miracle birth

On the cover of Time magazine we see the picture of the first baby born in the U.S. to a mother with a transplanted uterus. Reading further, I discovered that one in 1,450 women worldwide are born sans uterus.
Now, Baylor University Medical Center gives them hope to conceive and bear the child they have wanted.
The procedure was first performed at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 2014 – eight of nine transplants resulting in birth.
