State refuses to name medical marijuana applicants

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — The state of Missouri is declining to disclose the identities of those who have paid licensing fees to grow or distribute medical marijuana.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services denied requests for copies of forms filed with licensing fees. The Associated Press filed a similar request Thursday.
