The Alva City Council has a fairly long agenda for the regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 22. The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. in Classroom 3 of the Alva Recreation Center.

The Northwestern Oklahoma State University will have a presentation over the 2018 fall semester Alva Incentive Scholarship Program. The invoice, which is paid by earmarked sales tax collections, will be presented during the Alva Economic Development Authority meeting later in the evening.

The council will acknowledge two DEQ permits for 7,100 feet of 16-inch water line and for a gas chlorine feed system.
