The Young Street Six housing addition is on the agenda for the regular Alva Planning Commission meeting Monday. The meeting will be held at the Alva Recreation Center in Classroom 3.

Jason Schnebel of Left Frame LLC is seeking plat approval for the Young Street housing. Left Frame earlier had asked for a variance to include more houses than were allowed in the RG8 zoning of that address, and it was denied. The commission held a special meeting Jan. 8 that included the plat approval vote. The item was tabled so the city could seek an independent opinion on the plat.
