GOLDEN SUNS DROP CLOSE CONTEST TO SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark.– Hannah Villines scored a career-high 26 points and added a game-high eight rebounds and the Golden Suns shot a season-best 54.0 percent from the field but the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns basketball team (8-12, 5-9 Great American Conference) were unable to outlast Southeastern Oklahoma (11-7, 9-5 GAC), falling 71-69 on Saturday afternoon at Tucker Coliseum.

NEXT UP

The Golden Suns will return to action on Thursday, Feb. 7, hosting Ouachita at Tucker Coliseum. A 5:30 p.m. tip-off is scheduled.
