SE Softball Drops Pair of Contests on Saturday

CONROE, Texas – Southeastern took on a pair of ranked opponents on Saturday at the Arkansas Tech Winter Invitational, opening the day with an 8-0 loss to No. 14 Tarleton State before finishing the day with an 8-3 loss to No. 25 Augustana in Conroe, Texas.
The losses drop the Savage Storm to 1-3 heading into the final day when SE will take on Washburn at 9 a.m. and Minnesota-Duluth at 11:30 a.m.
In the opener against Tarleton State Destiny Riddle and Elexis Watson would each collect a hit to account for the Storm offense.
Riddle also got the start in the circle and was handed the loss after all...
