County farm bureaus will celebrate the organization's dedication to agriculture as the base of Oklahoma's economic prosperity, as “Oklahoma Farm Bureau Week” was proclaimed for the week of Feb. 18-22. Different farm bureaus across the state use the week to host events in their local communities in efforts to raise awareness of Farm Bureau and share the benefits of a Farm Bureau membership. Commissioners in Alfalfa County signed documents recognizing the proclamation during their meeting earlier this week.
