Freezing drizzle and fog in Woods County Wednesday, early Thursday

The National Weather Service forecast freezing drizzle, freezing rain and freezing fog through Wednesday, Feb. 6, and into Thursday, Feb. 7, for northwest and north central Oklahoma, including Woods and Alfalfa counties. "Additional ice accumulation of a light glaze to less than a tenth of an inch possible," the NWS alert said, warning of slick roads, especially bridges and overpasses. The latest road conditions can be obtained by calling 511.

By Wednesday morning, Ice has already accumulated on trees and metal fences on a farm southwest of Dacoma in Woods County.
