Peggy Ann Quinn, age 67, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on January 13, 1952, to John Ray Stewart and Ruth Stewart in Brownsville, Tennessee.

She was a high school graduate of Fayette Academy in Bolivar, Tennessee. She attended the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.
