US marshals arrest Oklahoma 'Most Wanted' fugitive in Mexico

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A man accused of fatally stabbing his ex-wife 41 times in Oklahoma and who was among the U.S. Marshal's Service's 15 Most Wanted fugitives has been apprehended in Mexico.

Federal marshals said Thursday that 34-year-old Luis Octavio Frias was arrested late Wednesday in a suburb of the western Mexico city of Guadalajara. He was returned to the U.S. on Thursday.

Frias is accused of stabbing 41-year-old Janett Reyna to death in front of her children in August 2013. Reyna was a former police officer in Blackwell, Oklahoma, and was domestic violence prevention coordinator f...
