Pitching Performances Key As Hillcats Split Doubleheader, Take Series Against Southwest Baptist

CLAREMORE, Okla. – The Rogers State Baseball pitching staff combined to allow just one earned run in 16 innings on Saturday, as the Hillcats opened up their home schedule at the Diamond Sports Complex with a doubleheader split against Southwest Baptist.

After winning game one earlier in the week in Missouri, the Hillcats (4-2) fell to the visitors in game two of the series 2-0 to open the day. However, the Hillcats claimed the series in the rubber match, winning 3-2.
