The Avard Rail Park Authority met Tuesday evening for their monthly meeting with a short agenda. Members present were Stan Bixler, Ed Sutter, Allan Poe, Todd Holder and Bob Firth. Woods County Economic Development Director Sonja Williams was also in attendance.

The board started by approving Poe to assume the responsibilities of former member Joe Royster as secretary to the board. Members saw no need to convene in executive session and moved on to talk about a building situated at the Avard Regional Industrial Rail Park.
