Alva High School junior Dawson Manning served as a Senate page for State Sen. Casey Murdock, during the third week of the legislative session from Feb. 18-21. Dawson is the son of Alva residents David and Dana Manning. Dawson participates in football, track, speech and debate, one act teams, and student council. He volunteers with Key Club and First United Methodist Church. He also enjoys snow and water skiing and traveling with his family. After graduation, Dawson wants to attend the United States Air Force Academy.
