The February meeting of the Alva City Council was held Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the Alva Recreation Center. It’s hoped the March meeting will be back in the city council chambers of City Hall. Currently the south end of the building is closed for replacement of the heating and air conditioning system as well as some asbestos removal.
