Turner Hits Game-Winning Shot Late To Propel Hillcats To Senior Day Win

CLAREMORE, Okla. - Senior guard Tate Turner had scored 647 points in his Rogers State career heading into the final offensive possession of his home career. Turner then hit arguably his biggest basket as a Hillcat with 4.7 seconds left, a jumper from 15 feet over a scrambling Texas A&M International defender, to make sure that he and his fellow seniors would leave victorious on senior day with a 52-51 victory over the DustDevils.

Following a last second scramble for a fumbled pass by the DustDevils (6-19, 3-11), the Hillcats (18-10, 7-7) could breathe a sigh of relief as the buzzer sound...
