NEW YORK (AP) — A federal appeals court on Tuesday upheld AT&T's $81 billion takeover of Time Warner, approving one of the biggest media deals on record in the face of opposition from the Trump administration.

The combination of one of the country's largest wireless carriers and TV providers with a major TV and movie company has already reshaped the media landscape.
