Two people from Alva have been charged with felonies resulting from law enforcement officers trying to locate a fugitive. On Feb. 11 Woods County issued a criminal felony arrest warrant for Joshua Dean Shreeve in case CF-2019-15. The case lists charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and possess firearm after conviction or during probation after felony conviction.
