Commissioners in Alfalfa County were busy at their Monday morning meeting with a lengthy three-page agenda this week. Two of those pages were filled with items to be declared surplus and then the resolutions for their disposal. The county officials kicked off the meeting by approving last week's meeting minutes, maintenance and operation warrants for payment, blanket purchase orders, appropriations, monthly officer reports and highway expenditures, and the allocation of alcohol beverage tax.
