ATU's Stroth, Robinson earn GAC weekly honors

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas Tech sweeps the weekly conference awards as Britt Stroth has been named the Great American Conference Baseball Player of the Week, while Layton Robinson has been named the GAC Co-Pitcher of the Week the league office announced Tuesday.
Stroth, a senior from Conway, Ark. led Arkansas Tech (12-8, 7-2 GAC) to a 3-2 week, including the Wonder Boys' upset of No. 1 Delta State. Stroth finished the week with team-highs in hits (9), runs scored (7) and stolen bases (5).
