Bison Bow Late Against Bronchos

 


EDMOND – Oklahoma Baptist had in-state rival Central Oklahoma wobbling but could not topple the Bronchos losing 7-2 Tuesday in baseball game at Edmond.

OBU and UCO played seven innings knotted at two before the Bronchos broke open the game with five runs in the eighth.

OBU scored first when Brock Carter sent a pitch sailing over the right-field wall scoring

Kaimana Bartolome in front of him to put the Bison ahead 2-0. The Bronchos tied the game after scoring a run in the second and fourth innings A.J. Merkel who pitched well before exiting in the fifth inning.
