Elementary students of Freedom Public School celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday on Monday. The book "Bartholomew and the Oobleck" was featured. The youngsters enjoyed making Oobleck. The recipe is simple: two cups of cornstarch and one cup of water; then add your favorite color (food coloring drops).

The students also enjoyed a showing of "The Lorax" and afterwards, to complete the celebration, cupcakes and milk were served. Ms. Immell's FACS classes made and served the goodies.
