HSU Surges, Takes Second at Arkansas Collegiate

EL DORADO, Ark. — Henderson State put up the second-best round of any team on either day at the Arkansas Collegiate on Tuesday to take second place in the eight team field.
The Reddies shot 13-over 301 in the final round — 10 strokes better than their 311 on Monday — to finish with a 36-hole team score of 612 for the two day event. Host Southern Arkansas held off a charging HSU on Tuesday by three strokes to win the tournament at the Mystic Creek Golf Club.
Three Reddies finished in the Top-10 individually, tied for the most of any team in the field. Mitchell Ford was the high finisher for HSU...
