Council to vote on more dilapidated properties

Two more properties considered for a dilapidation declaration come up for public hearing Monday. The hearing will be held during the Alva City Council meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers. The council will be back in their usual meeting place after renovations.
Owners of the two properties are listed as Wanda Severin for 118 10th St. and Joat Holdings LLC for 202 9th St. Following the hearing, the council will discuss and take action on the two properties.
