Following a short executive session to evaluate her, Sonja Williams was hired for another year as the director of the Woods County Economic Development Committee (WCEDC).

The committee met Tuesday at noon at Northwest Technology. Members present were Darin Slater, Steve Lohmann, Kay Decker, Sandie Olson and Matt Tucker. Randy McMurphy arrived a little later, and Alan Poe was out of town.
