RUSSELVILLE, Ark. – Tiger Baseball sweeps Great American Conference Player of the Week honors as Louis Steen and Brandon Matros are recognized for their weekend performances.
The Tigers won the series this past weekend against Southwestern Oklahoma State University with 6-1 and 7-5 victories over the Bulldogs.
Louis Steen had an incredible weekend going 6-11 on the weekend with five doubles and a homerun. He would drive in seven runners and score himself four times. He would amass a slugging percentage of 1.364 and steal one base. He would man the center field gathering 13 putouts on the weeke...
