NWOSU softball downed twice against Midwestern State

ALVA, Okla. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Rangers softball team had a tough day in Wichita Falls, Texas, against Midwestern State University Tuesday afternoon.

The Rangers were only able to tally a total of four hits on the day, with all four hits going to four different freshman players.

Kalie Johnson’s double was the only hit in the first game, saving her team from having a no-hitter thrown against them. Morgan Kirk, who was hit by a pitch twice, and Ashlie Green (walked) were the only other baserunners during the game.
