ALVA, Okla. – With rain in the forecast for the weekend in Northwest Oklahoma, the Northwestern Oklahoma State University softball series against visiting Ouachita Baptist has been altered, program officials announced Thursday morning.

Today’s (Friday) games at the Ranger Softball Field at the Alva Rec Complex have been moved up by two hours with first pitch of the doubleheader now set for 1 p.m. On Saturday, the doubleheader has been pushed back two hours with a 1 p.m. start time as well.

Game two of each date will begin approximately 30 minutes following the completion of game one....
