Rangers softball drops doubleheader to Cameron in midweek contest

ALVA, Okla. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Rangers softball team took two tough losses to Cameron University late Monday afternoon.
Only four Rangers totaled two or more hits on the day. Freshman Kalie Johnson had a day at the plate with three hits and an RBI, going 2-for-4 in the first game. Alexa Moses went 2-for-2 in the second game of the doubleheader, scoring the game’s only run from the Rangers.
Abby Detar (2), and Lindsey McElroy (2) were the only other two Rangers to get more than one hit, with Lindsey getting a double in the first game.
