Kiowa's City Hall was packed with citizens Monday evening for a special meeting. The main agenda item was further discussion on the proposed renovation project of the city hall building project. At the regular March meeting the two bids received were both over $700,000, which the council said was not feasible and said the project needed to be scaled down.
