Late Home Runs Help Reddies Split at Ouachita

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The Reddies got home runs from Ashlyn Taylor, Madie Green, and Cecily Rodriguez, as Henderson State came from behind to defeat rival Ouachita Baptist in the second game of a mid-week doubleheader on Tuesday evening.
Helping the Reddies salvage the afternoon was freshman pitcher Monica Monreal, who threw 4 1/3 innings of scoreless ball to keep HSU within striking distance. Monreal's first appearance in more than two weeks turned into the first win of her career.
