DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern survived a cold snap and extreme wind to polish off a sweep of Ouachita Baptist on Saturday, taking the opener 4-3 before finishing the series with a 4-2 win in the finale on Saturday afternoon at the Southeastern Softball Field.
The four-game sweep brings the Savage Storm record to 15-21 overall and 13-13 in Great American Cofnerence play
Symphoni Shomo led the way in game one with a pair of hits and added four stolen bases, while Keeshia Thompson drove in three runs, including a two-run homer.
