Commissioners in Alfalfa County opened bids Monday morning for a 24-foot by 80-foot lean-to building addition., but only did so after taking care of their routine business. They approved last week's meeting minutes, maintenance and operation warrants for payment, blanket purchase orders, monthly highways expenditures and officers reports, appropriations, and alcohol beverage tax allocation.
