Miss Freedom competition to be April 6 at 6:30

Summer Ralston will be crowned Miss Freedom at the Miss Freedom competition on April 6 in the Freedom Public Schools auditorium beginning at 6:30 p.m. Even though Ralston is the only contestant she will still participate in interview, evening gown and talent competitions. She will recite a poem titled "The Game." Last year's contestant, Khrista McComb, will recite a poem "To This Day" by Shane Koyczan and Casey Luddington and Lance Bolar will sing a duet, "Country Roads" by John Denver. The emcees are Tamlynn Link and Madison Rhodes.
