Kiowa City Council considers more cuts for building projects, buys mowers, hears public concerns

Kiowa Mayor Bill Watson called the April meeting of the city council to order on the 8th with all members present. Councilmember R.L. Simpson offered a prayer and the members of the public packed in the council chambers recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Council members attending were: Brent Shaffer, Simpson, Russ Molz, Brian Hill and Tom Wells. City Administrator Lou Leone sat at the council table as did the City Attorney Brandon Ritcha and City Clerk Trish Brewer.
