Golf: Wonder Boys nab first GAC Championship since SINCE 2012-13

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — The Wonder Boys came from behind in the final round to win the Great American Conference Championships Tuesday, nabbing an even-with-par total of 864 and outpacing rival Henderson State by three strokes.
Arkansas Tech entered the championships not being ranked in the top 25. Henderson State is currently ranked at No. 14.
It is the first championship for Tech men's golf since the 2012-2013 season. Prior to this season, the Wonder Boys had finished in second place three years in a row.
