The recipient of the AAUW Scholarship shall be a woman who:
1. Is enrolled in and plans to attend Northwestern Oklahoma State University the following academic semester.
2. Has completed or will have completed at least 64 credit hours (junior status or above) by December 2018.
3. Needs financial assistance in order to complete undergraduate work.
4. Has a 3.2 or better overall grade point average.
5. Has participated in student activities and shows evidence of leadership qualities.
6. Is a potential AAUW member upon graduation from college.
