ENID, Okla. – Johnnuelle Ponce earned his first postseason award of the 2019 season Saturday morning when he was named the Great American Conference Player of the Year. With his honor as the Player of the Year, Ponce also was named First Team All-GAC.
Joining Ponce with postseason conference awards were Justin Bundy and Bryce Donovan. Bundy was recognized by the conference coaches on the Second Team in the outfield, while Donovan was named All-GAC Honorable Mention at the catcher position.
