Thinking about my Army experience, I recall that Bill Sperry and I worked out getting in shape for basic training.

I wish I were in that shape today, but age has taken its toll as walking replaces jogging and a good night’s sleep replaces a night on the town.

Ageing is a privilege not all my friends have experienced, so I am grateful for the years, but I’m aware that regret is the rule today. Dissatisfaction has become the norm in our society.
