Oklahoma AG files murder charge in man's drug overdose death

 


TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Oklahoma's attorney general has filed a murder charge against a man suspected of providing a lethal dose of methamphetamine to another man who died moments after injecting it.

Tulsa County court records indicate that Attorney General Mike Hunter's office charged 31-year-old Brandon Fryhover with first-degree murder Thursday in the drug overdose death of 26-year-old Taylor Kinyon. Court records do not list an attorney who could speak on Fryhover's behalf.
