Buddy and Donna Williams, owners of Custom Rope, decided to get on board when they heard the City was upgrading with the purchase of two new police vehicles and donated each with a tow rope. These ropes are not made of nylon, they are made from polypropylene and have never been the cause of injury or death during the 40 years that Custom Rope has been in business.
