Cherokee woman charged with drug offense

 


Information from a felony arrest led law enforcement officers to identify and arrest a woman from Cherokee. Rhonda Marie Bennett, 46, of Cherokee, has been charged with distribution of controlled dangerous substance – including possession with intent to distribute. This felony is punishable by imprisonment for two years to life or a fine of up to $20,000, or both.
